Serbian bellflower. A spreading perennial with star-shaped blue-lilac flowers from spring to autumn. This vigorous perennial requires shade in inland gardens or full sun near the coast with moderate water. Useful as a spreading groundcover to 4-12” high. Fully hardy to well below 0F. Northern Yugoslavia.
