A billowing, cloudlike shrub 6’ by 12’ with small, crinkled leaves. Spring flower buds are covered with burgundy rose bracts that open to a luminous, cyan blue. Reliable on the Central Coast but not recommended for Southern California gardens. Its spreading habit makes it useful as a bank cover.
