Teucrium majoricum is a mounding perennial to 12 inches tall and 2 feet wide with narrow silver-gray leaves. The rose-purple flowers are a year long feature in our garden, but are more prolific in the spring and early summer. It is best used in full sun with good air circulation and well-drained soil. In warm, moist situations plants can easily turn to mush and care should be taken with overhead irrigation. Excellent in gravel gardens and dry borders mixed with rosemary, rockrose, and lavender. Hardy to 10F.
